Antoine Purnell still remembers his first visit to the dentist: "When I seen him pull out the needle and asked me to open my mouth, it wasn't happening. Actually I ran out the room and my brother–in–law Dave had to come get me from the car, because I actually locked myself in the car, because I didn't want to get the shot, and I was crying." Today, Antoine becomes a member of the first graduating class of Big Picture High School. And he wants to be a dentist. Antoine told KUOW's Phyllis Fletcher he never would have figured that out if he hadn't gone to Big Picture High School in SeaTac.
