SIATech Induction Program

SIATech utilizes the Santa Cruz New Teacher Center Formative Assessment System (FAS).  FAS is a structured yet flexible support system that focuses on Teacher Inquiry. Teacher Inquiry allows the teacher to target specific students, determine the needs, and develop the skills to meet these needs and enhance student learning, all while working within the scope of the teacher’s expertise and strengthening areas of challenge.
